Cash discounts worth lakhs are now up for grabs on the MY2023 Tucson and Kona Electric! Plus, here’s some exciting news: the Venue N Line is on discount for the first time ever.

Hyundai’s SUV lineup is kicking off the new fiscal year with some serious savings and perks! Dealerships are rolling out discounts and benefits across several models, including the sleek Venue compact SUV, its sportier N Line variant, the spacious Alcazar, the ever-reliable Tucson, and the eco-friendly Kona Electric. But it’s worth noting that the Exter and Creta, which are usually crowd favourites, aren’t getting any special deals this April.

1.           MY2023 Tucson gives cash discounts up to Rs 2 lakh

2.           Alcazar petrol and diesel benefits: get up to Rs 55,000

Hyundai Venue, Venue N Line April 2024 discounts

Hyundai’s spicing things up with the Venue N Line, a sleeker version of their compact SUV. And guess what? They’re throwing in some sweet benefits, totalling up to Rs 30,000! That includes a cash discount and a bonus if you trade in your old wheels. This deal applies to both the manual and automatic variants of the Venue N Line, packing a punch with its 120hp, 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine. Plus, it’s got some cool design tweaks and a few mechanical upgrades compared to the regular model. Price-wise, you’re looking at anywhere between Rs 12.08 lakh to Rs 13.90 lakh. Not bad for a sporty upgrade, right?

So, let’s talk about the regular Venue first. If you’re eyeing the turbo-petrol engine with a manual gearbox, you’re in luck because there are benefits worth Rs 35,000 waiting for you. And if you prefer the dual-clutch model, you can snag discounts of up to Rs 30,000. Now, if you’re leaning towards the 83hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine version with a 5-speed manual, you’ll still get some sweet benefits of up to Rs 25,000 this month. But hey, if you’re into the Venue diesel, sorry, no discounts for you in April.

Shifting gears (pun intended), let’s check out some other options. The Kia Sonet starts at Rs 7.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 15.75 lakh, Tata Nexon ranges from Rs 8.15 lakh to Rs 15.80 lakh, and the soon-to-be-released Mahindra XUV300, or should I say the XUV 3XO, kicks off at Rs 7.94 lakh and climbs to Rs 13.48 lakh.

Hyundai Alcazar April 2024 discounts

The Hyundai Alcazar, you know, that big SUV with three rows of seats based on the Creta, is about to get a makeover real soon! And here’s the kicker – if you’re thinking of getting one, this month’s the time to do it. You could snag up to Rs 55,000 off on both the petrol and diesel models! That’s not all, though. You’ll also get an exchange bonus and a cash discount thrown in. Sweet deal, right?

Now, let’s talk competition. The Alcazar goes head-to-head with the Tata Safari and the MG Hector Plus. It comes in two flavors – a six-seater and a seven-seater. Prices range from Rs 16.78 lakh to Rs 21.28 lakh, so there’s something for everyone’s budget.

When it comes to what’s under the hood, you’ve got options. You can go for the zippier 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol with manual or dual-clutch auto transmission. Or, if you prefer the torque and efficiency of diesel, there’s the 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel with manual or torque convertor auto transmission. Choices, choices!

Hyundai Tucson April 2024 discounts

This month, Hyundai is offering some hefty discounts on the not-so-fast-selling Tucson. If you’re eyeing the 2023 models, you could snag a cool Rs 2 lakh off in cash discounts. But hold up, the diesel version is where the real savings are at, with a whopping benefit of two lakh rupees, while the petrol variant gets a more modest direct discount of 50,000 bucks. Even if you’re looking at the fresher 2024 Tucson, there’s still some cash to be saved, with dealers offering up to 50,000 rupees off on the diesel models. The petrol Tucson, with its 156hp, 2.0-litre engine, will set you back between 29.02 to 31.67 lakh rupees, while its diesel counterpart, boasting 186hp from a 2.0-litre engine, ranges from 31.55 to 35.94 lakh rupees. Both come with a standard 6-speed automatic transmission, but if you opt for the diesel, you also get the choice of an AWD option.

In terms of competition, the Tucson squares off against the likes of the Jeep Compass, priced from 20.69 to 32.27 lakh rupees, and the Volkswagen Tiguan, which starts at 35.17 lakh rupees.

Hyundai Kona Electric April 2024 discounts Well, now’s the time because they’re offering some serious cash discounts, up to Rs 4 lakh worth! This means you could potentially snag one for around Rs 19.84-20.03 lakh, making it a pretty attractive option compared to other electric vehicles like the top-of-the-line Tata Nexon EV Empowered + LR or even the MG ZS EV. The Kona Electric comes with a 39.2kWh battery pack powering a 136hp, 395Nm electric motor, boasting an ARAI range of 452km. It’s currently only available in a single Premium variant, but there’s also the option for a dual-tone finish for an extra Rs 19,000. Dealers are saying they’ve got only a few Kona Electrics left in stock, hence the hefty discount.
